He was so proud of himself earlier this spring, wasn't he?

But..now we know what his motivations were?

Some are speculating that Scott Drury - a State Representative here in Illinois - wanted his frivilous lawsuit earnings to be free-and-clear.  We mean...it isn't every day that Representative Drury can ask daddy to sue everybody for $9M because he got his feelings hurt??

Can you blame Scott?  He wasn't looking out for you.

He didn't want to have that dough subject to Speaker Madigan's 'millionaire's tax', did he?
